Q: Does my patient receive their results via an app? How do they access this?

Yes, if we have an email address for your patient, they will receive an email 14 days after the report posting date with login details and instructions on how to download the app.

Q: Can my clients order directly from you?

No, we only sell our kits through registered health care professionals, and all orders are placed through them. We do have an option where your client can pay directly. This option is available on the ordering page. Please note, that if you choose this option, your patient will be paying the practitioner price.

Q: Can the test be done with a blood draw?

We only offer the finger stick test in the UK. However, you can request a phlebotomist to take a blood draw and drop blood spots onto the collection card if you wish. Your patient/client will receive everything they need to carry out the test.
