We aim to make our returns process as straightforward as possible. If you need to cancel an order, refunds are issued based on the following criteria:

  1. The 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your kit.

  • Condition for Full Refund: To receive a full refund, the kit must be returned unused, complete, and in a re-saleable condition at the expense of the customer.
  • Handling of Goods: If the kit or its internal components (such as lancets, vials, or swabs) have been used, handled excessively, or damaged, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods.
  1. Tiered Refund Policy (After 14 Days)

If you decide to cancel after the statutory 14-day period has passed, we offer the following sliding scale of refunds based on the date of payment:

  • 15 – 45 Days: 50% refund of the test cost.
  • 46 – 60 Days: 30% refund of the test cost.
  • 60+ Days: Orders are deemed null and void; no refunds are available.
  1. Damaged or Unusable Returns

If a kit is returned to us damaged, incomplete, or in a condition that prevents re-sale (outside of the statutory 14-day period), an admin and replacement fee of £30 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
