"Until I found the KBMO FIT test I never used food intolerance testing in my practice. Traditionally, food intolerance testing would throw up far too many foods, leaving a very long list to eliminate – foods that the client was likely not even reacting to in the first place. With many clients experiencing some level of food and/or health anxiety, this was not an option for me, and besides it was clearly inaccurate. When I was introduced to the KBMO FIT test I understood why the old tests were so inaccurate – they neglected to include complement factor alongside the IgA and IgG antibodies. This is the genius of the KBMO test! Now, I can show my clients which foods are really adding to inflammation, and provide them with a great starting point to healing. Most, or all, of these foods can then be reintroduced over time, and kept in their diets, creating food freedom, not fear. Eliminating those foods which really impact the gut, and the body as a whole, allow it time to heal, improving all areas of health. With inflammation and gut health being central to disease outcomes, this test is so important, to clients and practitioners alike. I love it, and use it, when applicable, as often as budget allows. It's hugely actionable, and very accessible to the client. The gut barrier panel is really useful too, providing invaluable insights into how best to support our clients."
