Patients’ results are reported directly to the provider/practitioner via Box.com. This is a HIPPA compliant cloud solution and is a secure portal. Here you can print, share, download and save results.

When your results are ready, we will send out an invitation to our box.com portal to view the results. This is linked with KBMO – please accept the invitation and set up a login. Once you have done this once, all further results will be easily accessible. You can then set up notifications once you have an account.

You can expect to see a result in your Box account within 3 weeks of the Lab receiving the sample.
